Sea Buckthorn Oil: Moisturizes and supports the normal function of mucous membranes in the intimate area, eyes, and mouth.

Zinc: Supports the maintenance of normal hair, skin, and nails.

Recommended initial dose: 4 capsules daily for about 1-2 months.
